7 Steps to straightening hair
STEP 1: Consultation
Your hair will be checked for your hair type, previous chemical treatments dryness and damage level and your desired hair outcome,
STEP 2: Shampoo & Pre Treatment
Your hair will be washed and sprayed with appropriate yuko pre treatments.
The Pre treatments prepares the hair with necessary nutrients for processing.
STEP 3: Solution (Processing)
YUKO Hair Straightener solution will be applied and left to saturate the hair.
The solution will physically change the internal structure of the hair.
STEP 4: Rinse
The solution is rinsed off completely.
STEP 5: Ironing
After rinsing, the stylists will blow dry and tap iron the hair.
Ironing permanently creates the straight shape. This is the longest part of the hair straightening process.
STEP 6: Neutralize & Style
Rinse away neutraliser condition and finalizes the newly straightened hair.
STEP 7: Blow Dry & Iron
Your hair stylist will blow dry and iron your
hair style accordingly.

Yuko Hair Straightening System
Short Hair to jaw line £350 - £375
Medium Length Hair above shoulder £400 - £425
Long Hair below shoulder £450 - £490
Yuko Anti- Frizz £200 - £250
The price includes blow-dry but excludes haircut.
Partial straightening is available from £70 (e.g. T-section or fringe, but not re-growth from roots, as this requires a full treatment. Please email dawn@tete-a-tete.uk.com to discuss
YUKO hair straightening system usually takes between 5-6 hours.
Yuko Ant-Frizz 2-3 hours
After Care
Wait 2 days before shampooing or getting your hair wet.
Wait 2 days before tying your hair back, putting it up in clips, or wearing hats or other head-wear.
Blow dry 100% after shampooing every time to maintain straightness. You should not wash, wet, or tie your hair for at least 48 hours after having the straightening done
If you wish to colour your hair please do 2 weeks before the straightening and you should not colour for 2 weeks after
Booking
A consultation is required before a reservation can be made for the YUKO hair straightening system. To secure your booking a £100 deposit is required.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will be accepted up to 3 days prior to your reservation date and it is possible to make an alternative reservation for another available date.

STEP 2: Apply Solution 1
Application of Solution 1 relaxes your hair.
STEP 3: Rinse
Rinse off Solution 1 without shampoo or conditioner.
STEP 4: Apply Solution 2
Application of Solution 2 seals in the nutrients and creates a coating.
STEP 5: Blow Dry & Iron
Style the hair accordingly.
