With over 25yrs experience Dawn Richardson Murray brings a wealth of knowledge rarely witnessed out-with London. Starting her career with Vidal Sassoon at the age of 17 she worked throughout Europe, the Far East and the US. Eventually reaching the top as salon director of the Glasgow salon a post she held for over 10yrs before leaving to open her own salon. I pulled this extract from a newspaper article written sometime ago.

What have been doing in my industry since I set myself free from salon ownership? Consultancy work with new business developments has proved to be successful. I did not set out with advising in mind it somehow just came about. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of business and how to generate a successful team. In the main though the constant has to be freelance hairdressing known to some as mobile hairdressing. I love doing both as they fulfill different aspects of my personality. Something new has risen from my career ‘JobSharing’ it is unusual for a hairdresser to stand in for sick leave or maternity leave but I do . I am smiling from was the accolade bestowed by other salon owners thank you .
